Terms & Conditions

Rates

• All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR)
• Rates will be applicable for reservation made directly with the hotel or through its approved sales channels only.
• All information and rates offered in agreement is strictly CONFIDENTIAL and not be disclosed to a third party for whatever reason or purpose.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited.

 

Reservation Procedures

• Reservations can be made through the telephone but must subsequently be followed by e-mail.
• All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation of the hotel.

 

Check In / Check Out Time

• Check in time: 1500 hours
• Check out time: 1200 hours
• Day use rate or additional 50% of the daily room rate (whichever higher) is charged for extension up to 6:00pm. After 6:00pm, full day room rate applies.

 

Cancellation Policy

• All confirmed bookings are STRICTLY non-refundable and non-transferable.
• 2 days or 48 hours prior to arrival: Full charges will be imposed in the event of no-show/ cancellation within 48 hours prior arrival.
• All special request must be made at least 24 hours before arrival. While we will strive to honour your special request, we cannot guarantee that your request will be honoured.
• Force Majeure
• We are not liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of the Property. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, fire and explosions.
• The operator accepts no liability for any losses injury, illness, accident, expense, delay or other irregularity resulting from activities the participant undertakes willingly.
• Payment for the 1st night of your accommodation must be made at the time of booking, and the balance nights to be paid at the hotel. All bookings will be charged to via a payment instrument made available by us from time to time i.e credit or debit card, online transfer or cash. For the walk-in guests, payment by valid credit card and/or cash. Please note that your booking is only valid if you receive a valid reference number sent to your email address by Hotel.
